The Walking Dead a television series that started out with bang but come second season it is sleep walking itself and its viewers towards certain cancellation. Yeah, I said it. The second season opener and follow second show were how do I put it nicely – boring as hell. I am not the only one who thinks so either. I’ve asked my friends who watched the first season and they agree – way too much drama and drama that is misplaced at that. For AMC a network that brought us the pulse-pounding Breaking Bad seems ready to allow this one to get away.
The people behind the Walking Dead better have some big things planned for the rest of the season because the torment of parents has been worked to death in every disaster movie. Even the zombies in the last two episodes were weak – especially the ‘herd’. Someone didn’t do enough coaching of the extras before setting them loose and the makeup people didn’t check behind the ears or necks so we see glaring color changes in the makeup as the zombies stroll by the camera – just sloppy for a show with such a budget.
So far this season the Walking Dead can be summed up as – Walking us towards bed.
I had the great pleasure yesterday to partake in my first aptly named zombie walk. The 2010 Vancouver zombie walk had about 5000 participants, with most of them done up as the undead. The zombies present were of all shapes, sizes and shades of blood red. There were even zombie children with their parents at this yearly event.
Each year the event draws more and more people to the Vancouver Art Gallery for the start of the annual zombie walk. Participants walk down Vancouver’s posh Robson Street much to the delight of the onlookers on the sidewalks, in the shops and in their cars. Many onlookers come ready with cameras in hand to take photos of this great event.
This year the event was headlined by the upcoming feature film Bong of the Dead by writer, producer and director Thomas Newman. Along with his award-winning crew that includes make up guru and industry leader Mike Fields, some of the cast of the film and of course zombies, headed the procession through the streets of Vancouver. Under a BongoftheDead.com banner, the cast and crew of the film handed out t-shirts and flyers to the upcoming movie. No other group of zombies attracted nearly as much attention as this bunch did.
The 2010 Vancouver zombie walk had about 5000 total participants and they jammed the streets with the undead. There was very little police presence as the zombie hoard was well-behaved – except the odd transit bus was surrounded and covered in fake blood by the zombies. Most passengers could be seen to making mock scared faces and gestures of panic, but it was clear everyone dead and undead had a great time with the spectacle.

Even though we never wish to get frightened, we all we all do love watching horror movies. Zombie movies are what viewers appreciate highly. They have all the ingredients that can make a viewer’s bone tickle. The sight of blood and rotten flesh is what you will find common in such genre of movies. A figure, which looks like a dead body and moves with great difficulty with a speed like that of a turtle, is how you will find a Zombie. These creatures are all the time looking for human flesh to eat and have specific words that they utter continuously after every few minutes. At one look, it seems that these zombies do not have a mind of their own. These imaginative figures have attracted people from all over the world.
The Zombie production became widely popular in 1968 after the release of the movie titled Night of the Living Dead. This was just the beginning of the popularity of this production and since then, it never looked back.
The zombie movie culture has been in existence since 1938. White Zombie Production was the first to release a movie of this genre and it was given the name, Dead Men Working in the Cane Field. It was based on a novel written by W. E. Seabrooks. This movie was to be released in the year 1934, but took a lot of time and finally got released 4 years later. The first zombie movie was produced and directed by the two brothers, Victor and Edward Halperin.

Who does not love watching a horror movie with a lot of dead characters moving from one place to another at the pace of a turtle? I surely love that sight. It not only gives you chills, but also can add the one thing that such movie needs: SCARY. White Zombie Productions were the first ones to come out with first of such movies and they were well-received by the movie-going public at large. Fans could not get enough of the zombie horror movie.
Since the release of ‘Dead Man Working in the Cane Field’, the production has never looked back. There has been a huge count of movies, which became a part of Zombie movie history, but few of them entered records for becoming the top grossed movies in such genre. Here are few of such zombie movies.

Zombie Games are a rage all over the gaming industry & be it Xbox or The Playstation; they all have a huge collection of Zombie Games in their arena. Zombie Games are violent, exciting, a great play & highly popular among the masses.
Most of us brain waved that it was over, just when we continue to exist for 20 more nights & the helicopter reached to rescue us as of the nightly ambush of zombies. Somewhat it went erroneous in that jet, it went down, & now 40 livings have conceded since the awful reminiscence of that failed run away attempt. This occasion, you need to create your way to reach the Union City, searching edifice for provisions, armaments & survivors by day, & defensive towards yourself by the night. This instance, you must also contribute extra survivors with armaments, & you can set real traps.
When I initially had fun with Sonny, I was blustered away. I could not consider that Armor had administered to create a blaze game with all RPG elements of Final Fantasy. Sonny’s action & turn predestined combating style are only improved by the very compound & multifaceted ability adjustment system. You are able to customize what abilities you learn. Again, you can upgrade each individual’s ability as you put on knowledge. There is also an extremely large assortment of armaments to buy and achieve success in the battle.
